It has been observed that the Siliguri is now a most sought after destination after Kolkata in West Bengal for setting up of large Logistic and Storage facility for most of the MNC’s and Corporate house. The same makes a good case as Companies like Flipkart, Reliance, Amazon, Delhivery, Snowman, etc have already set up huge facility of Siliguri.
The Industry is slated to grow by 100% YOY from here for the next 2-3 Years. However the demand is largely from MNC’S and 3PL Companies and mostly for Grade A Warehouse facility.
